B21 HST Issue

I have a B21 tractor that seems to be stuck in low range, the shifter and rod seems to be moving OK. It works in low just fine forward and reverse, clutch disingages trans ok when depressed, shift to high and it is still in low, try shifting to med, and the tracor doesn't move. Seems as if it never releases from low.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like you have a problem with the shift controls. Check to see if the linkage is all moving correctly when you shift the range. This is a backhoe loader, right? That could be easier said than done. It sounds like it may be an internal shift fork or rod problem.
