B21 Hour meter

Hi folks...
I have a B21 and looking for some assistance. The dash has to come off so I can check the hour meter and possibly replace the tach needle which simply disintegrated one day leaving little orange pieces in the bottom of the dash tach window.

My problem is... how do you take this dash off??? I cannot find anything anywhere on how to do this.

I see no fasteners anywhere...

Does anyone have pics or schematic dwgs of the routing of the hour-meter drive cable? I clicked on the B21 link from the LINK provided above, but it is no longer active. I have an hour-meter that is not working on a B21. I'd like to start at the engine connection, disconnect it there and see if the meter will roll over by rotating the removed cable end.
Thoughts from you experienced with this issue.....
