very very jealous. Reminds me of my Keegan, I lost much to soon.
He’s doing pretty good so far…I hope I have him for a while…the cat sort of disagrees(not much of a fan…that’s the sheath from the cats claw stuck in his nose).

Geddy has had a busy day outside playing in the snow. Might be a little tired….

It's about 5° out right now. I took gypsy for a walk around noon. About 100ft into our walk she peed and was tapping my leg to let me know she was ready to head back inside 🤣😅🤣😅🤣😅

If a cat did that to my Weimaraner, it would have been the cat's last day walking the earth. I got him from someone who was under a court order to remove the dog from the town or he would be put to sleep by the town. There wasn't a cat in town that he didn't go after and that was why he was banished from town. At the time I had 2 cats and he learned that the cats were off-limits to him. He tangled with a porcupine and got a face full of quills. The next time he killed the porcupine by violent shaking and had a face full of quills along with an equal amount in his hind quarters. He did it a second time, and that is when the vet said that he wouldn't pull quills again, but put the dog to sleep. I guess that he finally learned his lesson because after that he would just bark at them from a distance since he no longer had the freedom to go out unless he was chained and accompanied by me. He was a very tough dog, but I still miss him to this day.

Well Santa brought gypsy a new toy and bed. She's really enjoying both.

Thought the toy was one made from firehouse material. Nope 🤣😅🤣😅😅😅 Stuffing was released in about 20 minutes 😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣 toys gonna be pretty anorexic soon 🤣😅🤣😅🤣😅 The head was hooked to a bungee 👍👍👍👍 That provided some good laughs for my wife and I when she was trying to remove the toys head 😅😅🤣😅🤣

The tree, dogs and couch covers are very very similar to our house! Almost time for our pups to make a mess opening Christmas goodies and toys.

They seem to like the wrapping and cardboard boxes the best. All opened and wrecking their new toys. Squeakers are the first to be extricate. Lol

I believe we finally solved the Ornament Caper of ‘22. This afternoon we installed ‘motivation to succeed’ collar. For some strange reason no more ornaments have disappeared. Seems to be a lot less grabassery in the house as well. 😉

It was obvious that Geddy got concerned when Dad killed The Dragon.

He did help A LOT cleaning The Dragon….

Obvious he was happy to see The Dragon return to life, and quickly settled in next to his buddy…..

Daughter's Akitas are in doggie heaven. All three of her grandkids are there lovin' all over them.

This one is Dargo, son of her other Akita, Crichton. He's about 20 pounds bigger than his Dad!

My Weimaraners used to lay on the floor near the pellet stove, and then when they got too warm, they would get up and move to the bed since it was cool. Then I had to fight them for a space in the bed. The male would give me the disgusted look, then get off the bed and into a chair in the bedroom and go to sleep. His sister always wanted to be under the covers at night, unless it was summer. Then she preferred the coolness of the tile floor in the kitchen.

Geddy’s gotten so he gets between my legs while I’m standing, looking for attention.

I’m 6’4” , so it works. Would be a challenge for a small person. He’s about 65 pounds now

Varies which end of the critter I get…..his choice….

This is while I was getting New Years Eve snacks ready….😀
