Hi,

Need some help please.

I just bought a 2008 L3940hst with factory cab. It came with a Wallenstein gx720 backhoe attachment and a 74" snowblower with hydraulic chute rotation and deflector. The rear auxiliary remotes work well with snowblower but I have not figured out the hydraulics for backhoe yet. In order to run the backhoe it needs a continuous flow of hydraulic fluid not just when the lever is operated in the cab (lever auto returns to neutral position). I think the backhoe was used on this tractor as the specific bracket is on the tractor. How do you get this continuous flow or I guess flow on demand?

Thanks in advance!

Without changing the valves or installing a loop for the BH, a bungee cord holding the valve open is the easiest.

Just to note: You would bet better flow and operation out of it installing a dedicated loop to run it. ;)

Thanks for the reply. What's involved with installing the dedicated loop?
