Believe it or not the president of Argo has bought the company and plans on keeps the Theif River Falls manufacturing company right were it started.

as a dealer for offroad vehicles, I can honestly say I already knew...however I also know and have known that arctic cat doesn't make anything other than snowmobiles that is worth having. Certainly offroad stuff, quite inferior. I didn't say they were 'bad' I just said that they don't come close to comparing to the big 4 other brands as far as sales numbers.

Argo isn't a big player either. We'll see how it goes. Maybe they'll keep the snow line going but that won't help "us" any since we are so far south that we do not sell a single snow machine and in the 35 almost 36 years of being around this business, I can honestly say I have never had the pleasure of having to deal with a single one.

Hey Lug. What brand would you recommend for a 2 seat off road 4wd utility vehicle to be used on rough trails and logging roads for hauling supplies and possibly pulling a log arch? Doesn't need to be pretty or fast, just sturdy and stable. Thank you.

That would be polaris of course. Their Mexican factory is state of art...high tech
