Got mine about a month ago. I had to go to NY through my employer. The last thing I wanted to happen was test positive in China and go to a "health camp". This has happened to several people in my industry. If I turn into a zombie so be it, i just dont want to test positive while outside the USA haha
OTOH, a friend of mine was 2 weeks into his first dose, caught covid, and it was over in 2 days, very mild. His wife who was fully vaccinated, did not catch it.

Well I'm glad that they are putting something in it to track me!
Cause half the time I have no clue where I am, where I'm supposed to be going or where I've been.

Speaking of tracking, one of the reasons small town police departments have a difficult time building a case against drug dealers is because one can get an app for their phone that tracks all police conversations. That is, unless the county has the funds to have radios for other specific frequencies. So those avoiding the law can know when they are coming and what's going on.

My body, my choice. Thanks for your opinion. I'm waiting for FDA approval, not allowance for "emergency use". Will the vaccine raise the survival rate from 99.7% to 99.8%? I personally belive that patriots use their brains to think independently and critically and decide what's best for themselves, not blindly follow orders from a handful of so-called "leaders".

I can understand avoiding a vaccine if your medical history indicates that... but wearing a mask is something we all OWE each other.

I have diabetes so I got the vaccine. Second dose of Moderna about a month ago.
Son got his second shot about one week ago, Moderna
Daughter got he second shot two weeks ago today, Pfizer.
No one had any side effects. Just have to get the wife and one son vaccinated now.

Wife was told by her doctor not to get the vaccine because of immune issues. Daughter was told no, because she has already had ITP and they are afraid that it could trigger it again. I was told no because I had an allergic reaction to injectable medicine (I pointed out that was a broad category, but that is their standard right now). So, at this point none of us can get it.
The doctor is researching the Johnson and Johnson shot to see if we all might be able to take it.
I read that they are already working on an updated vaccine to deal with the British variant and the South Africa variant, since the vaccine is based on the original Chinese virus and showing limited success against the South Africa variant (40% or less).
