This'll get you started. You should have an O&M manual.

Key Grease Points on Kubota B7510:
  • Front Axle: Front axle pivot point (center) and left/right steering knuckles.
  • Loader (If equipped): Generally 8-10 fittings: pivot pins at the tractor frame, loader boom, cylinder ends (base and rod ends), and bucket curl mechanism.
  • 3-Point Hitch: Top link (both ends), and the right-side lifting rod/link.
  • Controls: Pedal pivot points (underneath floorboard).
  • Attachments: Mower deck spindles and drive shaft U-joints (if equipped).

Just start from front to back and top to bottom if no manual. Eventually you will find all the fittings that require grease. Some are real obvious. Zerk fittings. Others not so. Just look for where the factory greased if a new tractor.

Lot of fitting in tractors to grease. Don't forget your implements. Use to have a Lincoln battery powered grease gun. Eventually the nicad batteries died. Bit pricey to replace the batteries. Donated the kit to our annual public library thrift sale fund raising event. Manual grease guns. Got lazy changing tips. One with zerk fitting and one with a pointed fitting. Grip strength training.

You mentioned that you do not have a computer or smart phone to download a manual. A suggestion, that you may already have thought of, would be to go to the nearest library. Use their computer and free internet to review the manual. In less than 2 hours, you could make make notes on the important and semi-important items. It is inconvenient, but it might save you from making a costly mistake.

In my more destitute days, I used to use the library computer to forward documents to a local print shop for documents I absolutely had to have.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

Why not get a paper copy of the Operators Manual?
Maybe $30?
All the info for maintenance you'll need!
Good Luck!
I just bought the tractor and simply have not had time to mess with finding a book yet.

My mom was a librarian in the 90's. She got layed off when the Internet came about. The county closed most if not all libraries in my area. I assume there may be one in San Bernardino but that's about a 2 hr trip each way minimum.

I crawled around under it earlier tonight and have not found any of these yet. I'll look tomorrow in the daylight.

I agree with getting a manual. Zerks are easily hidden. (especially the flush ones)

But in the mean time, a general “rule of thumb” is that if it moves it will need some sort of lube at some point.

(I would define “moves” as pivots, slides, rotates, spins….etc, but there are exceptions such as “sealed bearings” and such).

Good luck. (y)

I added more grease nipples on mine. For example the speed pedal had none and was badly corroded. Never seen any grease since leaving the factory. Drilling a hole and cutting a thread is easy.

I too have covers over all of them, otherwise when you grease it the first thing that goes into the pivot is irt.

I drove it up to my slab where I do maintenance on cars and such. Got under it and the only zerk I found was on the foot control. None anywhere else like was mentioned here or like in the videos I watched.

Maybe they did away with them on my year tractor? I did grease the bucket pins again just cause.

I also noticed that the rubber fuel line that comes off the bottom of the fuel tank was twisted and pinched so I rerouted that.

I like paper manuals ... When I bought my 20 year old Kubota it didn't have a manual, so I ordered one ... While reading it I discovered that there was a pocket on the back of my seat where the manual was stored, so I looked (I have a cab, so it wasn't obvious!) and there was the original owners operating manual! So now I got two of them!

Look on the back of your seat ... If not there, you can order one here ... $40 https://www.messicks.com/parts/kubota/6c190-63112

They also have the WSM or work shop manual (service) $126 https://www.messicks.com/parts/kubota/9y011-13163
