It was manufactured by Curtis Cab in West Boylston MA, sold exclusively through Kubota dealers, and sourced directly from Kubota in Texas. That cab including the heater is approximately $5000 installed. Installing one isn't for the faint of heart, and is quite complicated. It comes knocked down in a crate, and there are a lot of assembly steps to putting it together. There are 2 slightly different cabs, one has a removable panel so you can use the backhoe on the BX23S, and the other is for the rest of the BX series tractors without the backhoe. There is also an economy version manufactured by Curtis, however, I have only seen it once on a youtube channel.
