Hey I have a 2004 b7500 with la302 loader that I bought off a friend last summer, had 750 hrs on it. I really havnt used it until this winter I plowed a light snow off a concrete driveway for about 1 hour. Parked it back in the shop and next morning came out and all the hydraulic cylinders were leaking on the loader, esp the right side bucket cylinder. I'm baffled why they would all leak at once, any thoughts? The dealer when I call seem fairly baffled as well stating maybe hydraulics over heated but I hardly worked it at all. Thanks

Are they leaking around the rods or the hoses/fittings?
I'm just throwing a few ideas out there.
-The wrong oil is used, or it's contaminated, possibly with water. Water would mess things up with the freeze thaw cycles we've had this winter. I don't think the wrong hydraulic oil would effect the seals enough to make them leak, but I've been told by a few people that engine oil will cause them to swell and get soft as mush over time. Do you know the maintenance history? Done on schedule with the recommended fluids?
- physical damage to the rods? That seems like low hours on a 14 years old machine, so it's been sitting a lot waiting to be played with (worked with, lol). Extend the cylinders as far as possible and check for any signs or rust, dents, or scratches.
- if it's just around the fittings, they should be JIC type. Grab two wrenches and tighten them up, a little more than snug is good, they don't need to be hummin' tight. That's our torque spec's at work!
Like I said, just tossing ideas out there.

Check the oil. I had some hydraulic oil from military surplus that took out the seals in everything I put it in. Viscosity seemed right but it had a unique smell.
Thanks guys, it is leaking from around the shaft . They are in great shape not a mark on them. As for what oil was used I couldn't say. I would like to rebuild them I just don't want to over look a issue and have to do it all over again. Thanks
I have the same tractor as yours, and the same issue although not really that bad. It only seems to happen only in cold weather. I suspect that the shaft seals on the cylinders do not work as they should when they are cold.
Mine finally got to the point where the right side lift cylinder is leaking badly. I ordered the seal kit today and I am going to take the cylinder to the dealer next week to have them install the kit.
