Check the "build my kubota" website (assuming you're in the US). For a while getting list price was doing pretty well, I'm guessing doing well would be 5% under list these days, maybe even a bit more.

Have you checked all the discounts available - particularly the equine discount? That's a free discount for doing nothing other than registering with the cutting horse association. Looks to me like currently that's $1,250 off an L if you're paying cash. You can join at least one of the associations for free.

Looks like there's also a cash discount of $1,000 if you're not a horse person:

Your dealer may already have included one or other of those, but worth asking.

That would be quite a step up from the BX! I notice he quoted the LA555 loader, I'd consider the LA805 for ~$1,000 more. Also, third function and maybe a couple of rear remotes.

It comes standard with SSQA, telescoping 3ph stabilizers, and extendable ends, doesn't it?

Is pricing on par? It seems a bit high, though I may be wrong.
$379 Doc fee? For what? My local dealer and the one in Sheridan, WY where I bought the M6060 charge a $7 "processing fee" or "filing fee" and no sales tax (obviously state specific).

The tractor seems to be quite a bit below the price listed on Kubota.com, and if the tires are anything but R1s the price looks even better. The loader looks to be overpriced, the finish mower looks to be below Kubota.com prices. Overall a decent quote I'd say, but that "Doc fee" has to go.

As well as the delivery fee. No one around me charges you to deliver a new tractor. Or a new zero turn for that matter. Even after the purchase, it's $100 round trip (within 30 miles each way) if you are having them take it in for service.

Yep! I missed that, but I agree 100%. I've bought three tractors from the local dealer and never been charged delivery, at least not overtly.

The dealer around here charge a $135 doc fee, 75 is for doing the contract and $60 is for filing the lien.

No way in Hell, I'd pay the delivery or doc fee, period. Do like the tax rate thought 3%.....CHEAP, I'm at 13%.
BTW what IS the 'doc' fee ?
