We had a storm, so I finally bit the bullet and found a way to run a hot wire to my rear remote "kit."
When I got to the fuse box, I had a problem. Some genius at Kubota put a big fuse box in this tractor, but he only included enough conductors to accommodate 4 fuses. Saved Kubota at least 7 cents.
I found a product called Add-a-Circuit. It's a little 2-fuse box. It has two prongs on it, and it fits into your existing fuse box. You remove a fuse your tractor is using. You put the Add-a-Circuit in its place. You put the old fuse and your new fuse in the Add-a-Circuit, which has a wire that runs to your new load.
Okay, great. It works. But it's much bigger than a fuse, so now I can't close my fuse box, which is open to the weather.
Has anyone ever been able to find the little metal terminals Kubota left out of my fuse box? I could shove some new ones in there and do this right.
The fuse size is ATC, also called ATO.
I have found terminals online, but I don't know if they fit Kubota boxes.
