Thank you, Roger. I give all the credit to my dad- I started working with him when I was young ("You are 9 now. You can either go to work with me during the summer and make $5 a week, or you can go work with me for free. You decide"), and he always modeled sound business principles, and most importantly, treat others better than you want to be treated yourself. And work clean- people can't usually tell if you really know what you are doing, but they know if you keep their house clean. And be on time, and communicate well. All sound stuff, and they all fall back under "treat others better than you want to be treated yourself".
