I recently purchased a Kubota 6100e about 3 weeks ago from a friend. When i first got it i knew the clutch wasn't releasing 100% of the time and it was also making a chattering noise when letting the clutch out. I took the whole thing apart and replaced the throw out bearing and also the rear main seal on the motor. (the clutch had a lot of oil on it when taking it apart). After reassembling, the same issue is happening. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Eric is probably right on track. Its really hard to get oil out of the clutch disc. When you have one apart is the time you should replace everything. That way....

Oh, don't forget to really degrease the tunnel good and buff up that shaft too. You know, just to make sure everything moves as it should and no repeats. you don't wanna do it again.
