Having a problem with the centre blade on a RC60-F19 mower deck. Deck is gear driven by a GF1800 . The centre blade started spinning freely. I changed the two washer cups and installed the new ones correctly ( there is a diagram right on the mower deck ) tightened with the proper torque ,but the blade can still spin rather easily with a little force>
tried it on the lawn , makes a growling noise ( i assume due to free spinning on on the spindle ) any thoughts?

Blades of proper thickness?

Debris in attachment bolt hole causing bolts to bottom?

Oil/grease leaking onto spindle?

Blade was the issue , bought new blades and installed and works great
I think the middle blade might have been free spinning for a bit , so i can see how that could cause the metal to get thin at the cup washer contact point.
Thanks for the reply !
