Maybe you guys can help it has me scratching my head after a year of having it I finally put on my 60 inch driveover deck on my 2370 so I go to level it I put the dial roughly on number 3 and lower the deck so I check the right side at the blade tip and its dead on at 3 inches which is perfect for me .so then I check the left side well that sides 2.25 inches which seems way off so I adjusted it using the bolt at the back top of the deck but it's so far out of adjustment the bolts almost screwed all the way in i also had to adjust the left side of the front linkage too this just seems like an awful lot of adjustment to those back 2 adjustment bolts the left side has almost no threads below the head showing and the right side has almost and inch showing and I've checked and rechecked to make sure all pins are in where they should be

Are you sure the lifting pins on the deck are in the birds mouth on the linkage on both sides correctly? Sometimes if your not perfectly positioned when driving over the deck and are favoring one side a bit, the linkage will only grab one side of the deck and the other side will hang about 3/4" lower then the side that is engaged to the linkage.
Yup tires were good and I'm pretty sure all the linkages are attached correctly I'll double and triple check tomorrow cause this is driving me crazy I even mowed with and it did just fine just doesn't seem right having one side adjusted almost to its max
If that doesn't work, with a level sitting on top of your rear tires, measure down to level concrete to check the height of each rear tire, a small difference in diameter due to inflation will affect the deck level if it's not running on the ground.
Also on level concrete, have the deck hanging, not touching the ground, measure from the deck up to the chassis/frame on each side to ensure it is hanging square/level with the chassis/frame. A small difference measured in close will equate to a larger error at the outside of the deck.

Well I feel like a moron. I figured out my problem apparently whoever poured the floor in my garage didn't do a very good job there's a few high and low spots right where I was trying level the deck I couldn't see that till I put the level on the floor.so anyway I moved it to the concrete patio outside and sure enuf I have to lower the left side down a half inch go figure lol.
