I was getting some parts from Coleman's yesterday and asked about Kubota's new dist. center. They say it will be open this Spring. They'll have a building full of parts, but no customer pick up. Gotta pick up at the dealer. This will be within 30 miles of their Bonner Springs location and they should have any part in one day.

Notice the news flash is a couple of months old.

Kubota to Open New Parts
Distribution Center in Kansas

New facility will streamline parts operations to support dealers and customers nationwide.

TORRANCE, Calif., Dec. 4, 2014 — Kubota Tractor Corp. today announced that it will open a 450,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Parts Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kan. The company has entered into a 5-year lease agreement with ELHC XI LLC, a Kansas limited liability company.

“As Kubota’s business continues to grow and we enter new markets, we are committed to being equipped to meet our dealers’ and customers’ needs,” said Masato Yoshikawa, president and CEO of Kubota Tractor Corp. “This new Parts Distribution Center is going to further streamline our operations and improve our parts delivery support, making sure that our dealers and customers have the support they need when they need it.”

The Edgerton, Kan., site for the new facility was a strategic decision by Kubota management, given its central location within the U.S. “This new distribution center will enable us to manage our stream of parts more effectively and improve parts delivery time, including an expanded geographical area to which we can deliver parts within 24 hours,” said Earl Johnson, parts director for Kubota.

Kubota’s current divisional parts operations located in Suwanee, Ga., Fort Worth, Texas, Columbus, Ohio, and Lodi, Calif., will continue to provide regional support to local Kubota dealers. “At the outset, this new facility will be an extension of our divisional parts operations for our dealers, especially those serving commercial customers,” added Johnson.

Kubota plans to have the facility operational during the third quarter of 2015. When initial operations begin, the new Parts Distribution Center will primarily service the Midwestern U.S. and will employ approximately 75 employees after the first year. “We look forward to commencing our parts operation in Edgerton, and we’re proud to be contributing to the local economy,” said Yoshikawa.

Absolutely :D will be nice to get stuff a little sooner though. Has been taking at least a week to get stuff through the dealer, and around 10 to 14 days for online orders
