I have seen CAT 0 on golf carts! OK - kidding, but CAT 0 is on small "lawn" tractors, like 8 hp gas engines and what not. Never owned a CAT 0 but have seen them on small machines.;)

Re: 3pt back question

Some Wheelhorse models, and Cubs, and even Sears riding mowers came with 3 point hitches. I'm sure that there could be others. On the Wheelhorse D180 and D200, they were hydraulic 3 points. As stated, they were cat O.

For the price and practicality of a 3 point backhoe on a small tractor, you're WAY better off either renting a mini excavator for a given project (if occasional use) or buying a mini X to have for more frequent jobs.

You can run a 50% smaller (by weight) excavator and produce more than a much larger backhoe. Lifting capacity, maneuverability, production time, etc are all much superior on an excavator. Only place a tractor mounted backhoe wins is transporting over distance or working on delicate lawns and such.
