Guys after Dad passed away we went though a lot of things with Mom, and we found box after box of 35 mm slides, Dad though him self a great picture taker. and to be honest he wasnt bad. And I was thinking, since ya cant look at them with out the projector and stuff, does any one know some place that they can be put on a DVD or CD. There is a life time of the family on those slides and I surely dont want to throw them away. So if any one knows of a place please let me know.

For professional quality results look for a speciality camera shop in your neck of the woods. There are some things I don't mind a big box store doing but I also don't want something like that fooked up either. Wally-world and a few others will run it threw a machine which tend to jam up.

L1500, 42" bh, box blade, G6200HST, Mahindra 450 with BH, FEL, etc.
If it is indeed as indicated "box after box", your best bet money wise is definitely purchasing a high quality scanner with slide capabilities. Just printing pictures at the professional photo stores cost an arm and a leg.

I bet is would be several hundred dollars for them to do it.

Yeah Pro,, box after box would equate, to a couple thousand 35mm slides, and Dave thanks for the link and Im thinking at .25 cents a pop,, my little tractor and HD would both be up for sale,,lol,, Guess we are going to have to rethink this,, and maybe go through and pick out the ones that have some meaning rather than just doing them all
