Hi All, I am new here. Looked around for an answer and could not find one. I just bought my 1999 3410 2 weeks ago. It has started and ran fine. Today I started it, was working in the south lawn. Shut it off to talk to a friend. Now nothing. It does not seem to be getting power to the starter. I checked all the fuses, even the 40A by the starter.
I am stumped.
Any ideas would be appreciatated. Failing this I will call the dealer tomorrow. I hate to leave it in the South field to long..

Thanks Dave:confused:

Battery cable ends? Give them all a good wiggle and make sure they're tight. If not it's time to start probing with the multimeter.

Yeah what Stumpy says. A multimeter is a mans best friend. I'm on a welcoming streak today so welcome to OTT CaptDave.

Check all the safety switches.
Make sure everything is in neutral.
Perhaps you bumped a lever with your leg.
Remove and bench test the starter.
