Hello. I bought a mid 90s B20 a couple years ago. All was well until the 3 point quit working. Had a mechanic bleed a line a it worked for a day. After changing the HST oil, all the o rings and both filters, it decided to work. I put 60 hours on it since the then with no issues. It sat for a week or so and decided not to work again. I have the manuals but they don't mention much about the 3 point. I have played with the adjustments trying to keep the loader working. Oh, this time the mid pump isn't cavitating but getting fluid to the back with barely any pressure but warm. Being new to this field, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check all rubber suction lines for seeping leaks, leaks in those will cause issues with the pump picking up fluid.

If the fluid is not flowing properly, IE stuck relief valve, maladjusted three point control, maladjusted feed back rod, bad coupler on BH look connection, will all effect the three point.

If you're also having an issue with the loader hydraulics, I would really dive into the suction side of the system as I think they share the same suction.
Could be as simple as a bad O-ring seal on a fitting.

Thank you for the advice. This on going problem lead me to replace all the hoses, O-rings and even double clamp. It was brought up that I have a problem with the suction end of things. I didn't mention that I put the wrong HST oil in it last year and it foamed. Put Kubota brand and it worked all summer and fall. The loader works fine but not sure what or where the IE relief valve is. Your advice is appreciated.

So I found where the relief valve is. Took the cover off and didn't have the tool to remove the screw holding it in. Thought I'd start the tractor with the cover off and nothing happened. I then bled the suction line and heard some air and the 3 point shot up. I went to put it down and it won't go. A little fluid shot out on the 3rd attempt of lowering it. Standing on the 3 point, I get a little bleeding out of one of the ports. Not sure if I'm heading in the right direction. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lug Bolt. The B20s don't have a suction screen. Sometimes I wish they did. The vent under the seat was plugged at one time but got that fixed. Thank you for great ideas.
