I have an L2202 DT. Under the seat is a solenoid with 2 wires that are not attached to anything. I'm guessing they have something to do with the 3 point hitch. the control lever is loose and has no control.
thanks in advance for any help.

Are you sure it's a solenoid and not the safety switch to make sure you're in the seat? With the age of your tractor I think it more likely the three point raises and lowers by mechanical linkage from a lever to the right of the operator's seat. There should also be a valve near or between your feet to control the lowering speed of the three point.

It has hydraulic lines going in and out of it. That's why I was thinking it has something to do with the 3 point.
