The top link and right lifting rod should have grease fittings since they're adjustable for length. I have draft control on my MX so there's an additional grease fitting for that.

You could have mentioned that and clearly you are missing something! The owner's manual doesn't say anything about top-n-tilt.
I have top and tilt on both tractors but use the standard top link and right lifting rod for some applications such as running the rear snow blower that uses two hydraulic circuits. I have to give up one of the hydraulic rams so keep the tilt cylinder in place to "float" the blower a little left to right.
