Hey All, responses to my very 1st post have encouraged me to purchase the B5000 and tiller that I found.
Anyone know of a rotary mower that I can use to maintain the fence lines on my 10 acres?
Smallest I've found was a King Kutter 48", is it too big for the B5000? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Larry

Everything attackments has a Fred Cain model AC-203SSC that's 3' wide for $1175 and free shipping within 1000 miles.

Now come on, you're not going to spend 150% of your tractor and tiller cost for a 3' mower are you? Find a good used one. 4' will be fine. Either cut the grass/weeds more often or raise the deck to take any strain off you tractor.

I have a friend that has a 42" cutter, don't know the brand though. I guess it depends on what you're planning to cut but it seems like a 4' would be alot for 8 hp to handle. Then again, never under estimate the power of a Bota.

D2Cat... Thanks for the link, I had seen it in my original searches, but didn't know what importance it had at the time.
I can tell that this is an AWESOME forum!!! And I'm glad that I stumbled into it... I'm old but trainable.
