I was moving manure when it stalled (does it often when using the bucket). It always starts back up after I release the bucket. Now it won't start, my fleet mechanic came out, all fuses ok, he bypassed starter to get it started. Taking it to the shop is not an option at this moment.
I was told by a Kubota mechanic 2 hrs away it could be safety switch issue?! Any thoughts? Mechanic will be back out on Thursday. I have the manual.

Surprised nobody has responded to your post yet.
You should have addressed this issue long before this situation.
Good Luck!
Normally it starts up. Its the first time its done this. Although i did find the fix for the PTO ( ha ha ) on this site. But this is a completely different issue and lets just say ... never had this issue with my deer!

Your description of the problem is confusing.
Does the engine crank but not start or does it not crank.
I assume it cranks since jumping the starter got it running.
The starter is controlled by a relay to minimize the amps seen by the key switch.
The start relay's control circuit is powered by a 5 amp fuse.
The start relay's control circuit completes its path to ground going thru 3 safety switches.
Do you have a 12 volt test light?

While someone hold the key in the start position you need to work backwards thru the ground circuit starting at switch #13.

Remember, you could have the tractor suddenly start and run you over.

It is early am and I am not sharp but I dont see the seat switch being involved.
PTO switch, HST pedal switch and clutch switch are.
Try rocking HST switch while holding key in start.
