2016 RTV 1100c transmission locked up

My 2016 RTV 1100C transmission started whining then locked up almost throwing my wife into the windshield. It has fluid, rear wheels will not turn even in neutral. Engine runs normally,

Have you checked the fluid in both the trans-axle assembly and hydraulic tank?
