2011 bx25, no power in reverse

I have a 2011 BX25 with 290 hours on it.
Just recently been experiencing problems in reverse.
It is very sluggish and slow. Sometimes there is no pressure on the peddle
when I step on the reverse. At times there is no revers at all when in high range, but will get it to move in low range.

Any advise on what to check would be appreciated.

So it's ok in forward? I would look at your hyd. Fluid. It's a start anyways. Change filter and screen see if it helps.

Maybe check your linkage and return spring .
