Just reattached my LA680. It’s been off for two years. Stored outside.

I can curl the bucket up and down, but it won’t lift up or down. Could there be air in the line causing this issue.

3 pt goes up and down freely and the scoop/dump function seems to work fine.

just can’t get the thing to lift up or down (will go down from weight but won’t pick the front wheels up)

There may be a valve on the tractor hydraulic connection block that needs to be turned to the correct position? That is covered in the operating manual (if it has one).
See this thread that shows a diagram of the valve and block (I think).

See this thread for similar situation. https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/lift-issue-la680.67260/

Put the three point position control valve fully down also.

If the selector valve was in the wrong position it wouldn't affect half of the operation.
He has bucket control just no lift.

His issue is more than likely that he has either a non seated quick disconnect or possibly has lines swapped.

Its not air. Loss of lift function with normal bucket operation is indicative of a PB hose thats not properly connected. Does your 3pt work?

Yes my three point works fine

I may have something corrected incorrectly.
there are only 3 hydraulic hoses.
the fittings in the tractor has one hose coming off the side with a female fitting. Then it has a make and a female fitting.

Does anyone have a diagram of what each hose goes to?

If the 3pt works things are probably connected properly. but here is the plumbing. You will find this information in your owners manual.

"B" port on outlet block goes to P port on loader valve

"C" port on outlet block goes to PB port on loader valve.

"D" port on outlet block goes to T port on loader valve.

I assume you know how to change the selector valve when removing and installing the loader.
