06 ZD21 stubborn hydro leak

I can't figure out why this hydro leak keeps happening. Last time it was in kubota they said they replaced all the seals.
Every time I throttle up the leak gets worse

If the seals were replaced and it still leaks past the seal lip
then most likely the shaft has an issue or the bearings or
bushings have excessive play.

I would first clean the entire area and confirm exactly where
the oil is coming from.

It's definitely coming from this area. If I put some pressure inward on it, it seems to slow

Is it me or is the shaft really bent as it appears in the photo? If it's bent then you have other issues to deal with beyond seals.
