I have a BH 92 backhoe and am looking for ideas to mount a plate on the bucket so I can use it as a trenching bucket. I don't want it to be permanent

I have done something similar on the FEL, basically - a flat metal plate. With a couple of bolts welded to it, heads to flat plate where they will stick between the teeth of the bucket. Then another plate with holes in it. Allowing the second plate to be a large washer.
The bucket on the hoe can still make a clean bottom without all of this - dragging the hoe teeth parallel to the ditch itself.

I made what is known as a Crumbing Blade for my BH77 hoe. It worked well for digging the footing for a 26’ retaining wall I was rebuilding. I was able to curl the bucket parallel to the foundation and scrape to virgin soil and not disturb the base soil, I am not sure how well it would work in boney soil. I used 1/4 inch materials, you may need heaver materials than what I used in harder soils than my sand and clay.
I am in the process of making a Squeegee blade to bolt to the crumbing blade for doing rough grading around foundations. Search google for both items for ideas or places to purchase. I found the purchased ones to be very expensive.

Anyone know of a reasonable place to purchase a bucket? They seem stupid expensive everyplace I have seen. For a BH92.
