    more B2150 hydraulic problems

Well Im still waiting for my suction line parts. Maybe I should have asked this before i bought them, best place for Kubota parts? Any how, once that is done I will reassess my situation and go from there. The good news about the relief valve possibility is it is the least expensive of the 2.

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

I am looking at the exploded parts view on Kubota.com and it appears that there are really only 2 components that "do" anything. There is what Kubota is calling a Assy Divider (pn 67817-38300) and the relief valve (pn 67850-38200), are either of those two parts more suspect than the other? Im...

Maybe you are on to something Wolfman, I checked the hose clamps to make sure they were tight and there were 2 on the lower coolant line that were broken. As I tightened it felt like they had already been overtightened, I ordered all new rubber sections and will replace them and the hose clamps...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

Wolfman, I think I understand what you are asking. I have lines coming off the FEL valve, hard rubber with quick connects routed to hard lines into the hydraulic block type outlet. The hoses look good to my untrained eye, what am I looking for? Can the collapse internally without external...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

OK, so here is another development. I have entirely lost all hydraulic function again, yet the 3pt is still in the up position. How can I have no hydraulic function and a lift on the 3pt. When I say no hydraulic function, I mean no hst, not FEL, no power steering and no 3pt. This is not my...

    wtb R4 for B2150

Hey, sorry I didn't see this post, hope it didn't sit too long. I am still in the market for Ag or R4's, how are your rims? I have some rot starting near the valve of mine but I'm pretty sure I have tubes. I have R4's in the front and Turf in the back. I see by your profile that you are in...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

Hello Jason, i tried with all my might to get the arms down, no such luck. I even tried a 16' 2x6 as a lever with my 190 pounds at the end. I'm still studying my shop manual but it is all still greek to me, I am ready to load it up and take it to a dealer.

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

OK, I have been checking out my shop manual again and wonder if anyone has had the valve cover to the 3pt lift control valve off before and can offer some advice. Looking at the exploded view of the control portion I am wanting to check out the internal stuff, mainly the feedback shaft lever...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

I was just reading through this again and it appears I didn't answer BullDogs question. The 3pt did not go up on its own, I raised it by the lever and it went up and never came down. I have had a few minutes to look over my shop manual and am perplexed by the 3pt control valve shown, i'm not...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

I wish laxatives would fix my issues, that is GREAT! So, messed around with the 3pt lowering speed knob and the feedback lever to the 3pt and it is still riding high. It will not go down. No new observations but I was just out in the dark cold barn with some headlights, I should be able to...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

OK, the 3 pt is still up after 2 days of sitting off. I disconnected the feedback rod and tried "fiddling" with it while the tractor was on and off, but didn't try it with the 3pt lever in different positions. I will try that and the adjustment knob for lowering speed. I may be a little slow...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

Thank you All very much, I have a service manual for this tractor but I am not seeing what is the mechanism that lifts the 3pt. Is there an internal cylinder that could have lifted too far out and become kittywompous? Shouldn't the feedback lever prevent that from happening? I am looking at...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

Hello again Wolfman, ok running down the list. #1 fluid is topped off and fresh, #2 I used Coastal multitrac, shows it being a suitable cross for Kubota UDT and #3 just changed the spin on filter and cleaned the screen (could the screen need replacing?) I did the fluid change and filters when...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

I have had problems of recent with my hydraulics, all dead. No HST, no FEL and no 3pt. The problem comes and goes. I have been in a no hydro state for a few weeks so I decided to lift my FEL with my floor jack to see if it would get her going again and it did. Maybe a totally separate issue...

    more B2150 hydraulic problems

I recently posted about my on again off again hydraulics, today they worked so I went out to move some snow (finally). My tractor has been suffering from dead hydraulics that come and go so today when i started the tractor I lifted the fel with my floor jack and that brought them back to life...

B2150HSD 950 hrs no hydraulic function

Ok, I now have hydraulics! Sorry for the lack of response, we had the flu run through our house so I was down for a day. I went out yesterday since it was above 50, started her up (no hydro), let her warm for a bit (no hydro), fiddled with levers and checked linkages (no hydro), moved the...

B2150HSD 950 hrs no hydraulic function

Wow, great information gents. So here is the list of answers and such. The PTO works, I changed the fluid and filter (i used a Napa Gold 1268 filter because of availability, I will order a kubota filter). After letting the old fluid sit in the jugs in my barn I see I had at least a half...
