    L3400 not starting, low voltage

    L3400 not starting. I checked: battery, main fuses, secondary fuses. At the secondary fuse box there is only 9.56V? Checked the clutch and seat safety switches, also 9.56V? Any thoughts? Thanks

    Is that the connections on the safety switch? The safety switch under the seat has 3 wires, blk,blue,orange. Thanks
