Well it appears the dealer was looking at the wrong screen and the sizes are correct for my tractor.

Hi I am in need of rims and centers for the L345DT, the calcium did them in. I bought the tracor long ago and it has 13.6X28 AG tires on it. Called dealer re: rims and he told me the computer shows several widths X 24". Now I'm baffled. In case it matters the fronts are 9.5X16. Wondering...
