Help with working on a slope

T That would be good for digging a trench but I can't get the tractor that close to the cactus safely. Thinking my jeep would be a better choice as it won't rear up and try to roll over on me. Plus it's heavier.

Help with working on a slope

Spent the afternoon trying to get them out. The road is where I took the Pic from and is very narrow so i can't get a straight pull on them. I had the tractor rear up sideways on me. I thought I was going over. I hit reverse real fast and it came down....eeek! Got a few smaller ones out though.

Ya seems like nobody is familiar with the cholla cactus. There's no moisture in them and no animal could eat them without dieing a miserable death. Imagine all those spikes going through your tongue and cheeks!

Help with working on a slope

I want to remove all these jumping chollas on this hill. The pics do not show just how steep it really is. I know that I will have to go straight and don't try to get sideways on the hill. Any tips so I don't get killed by flipping the tractor?

I drove it up to my slab where I do maintenance on cars and such. Got under it and the only zerk I found was on the foot control. None anywhere else like was mentioned here or like in the videos I watched. Maybe they did away with them on my year tractor? I did grease the bucket pins again...

    Anything I need to grease?

I just bought the tractor and simply have not had time to mess with finding a book yet. My mom was a librarian in the 90's. She got layed off when the Internet came about. The county closed most if not all libraries in my area. I assume there may be one in San Bernardino but that's about a 2...
