    Yes, absolutely tested with the screw "A" completely off, it looked dry when taken off—with the key on and the pump humming/vibrating, not a single drop of fuel comes out of the fuel line. Thanks for your suggestion on the next step of testing, hopefully tomorrow or the next couple of days...
