I contacted Titan about this issue and they guess that the hydraulic cylinder has some bad seals. They are sending me a replacement cylinder and hoses under warranty. I've read some instances of bad support from Titan but that is not the case with me.

Bought one of these and wanted to know about if your dump box tips with no hydraulic pressure applied. If it is disconnected from the tractor I can tip the box about 30 degrees. I can connect the hydraulic lines with the same result. When I pressurize the lines it lifts and drops the box...
