Update. Lowering Speed knob is simply a very tight press fit on this model so, with tha off, the panel cam off, access to the valve body. Ran the tractor, tried bucket lifting up and down, when it stopped lifting I tried gentle levering with a screwdriver under the valve linkage to make sure...
