Hi Folks,Stil working on the l2550 new clutch.Got different clutch and fjywheel torque specks.Manual says 17 to 20 on the clutch bolts,another post says 40 ft lbs.Also is the flywheel at 80 Lbs?Can-t find in my manuel.This has not been a pleasant project wish it was a single.Whats the specks...

Yes flywheel removed and faced.Tractor went together 2 turns on each bolt.not a slide right in.Had the tractor in neutral,started hard barely,engine lug then a shut down.I re split,ran the motor no lug no shutdown,so I figure in the clutch somewhere.Adjusted the 3 pto plate screws to.39" they...

Greetings,Split the unit to replace dual clutch.Went to re mate hard time ,hard to mate.2 plates with different size splines,lined up wth a broomstick.Should I buy a clutch tool?should the tool have 2 spline sizes?see them on the web but look to be a single clutch.Are they the same? Advise...

ok,think i got it.on the old clutch,had 2 4" guide studs on the flywheel and 4 4" bolts at the other end p plate that will go on the other 4 holes on the flywheel.I think this is to keep unit,clutch plates lined up with the shaft.What threw me off new kit came with 6 studs that are short,don t...
