Immediate. I used my finger to depress switch and when I released switch shut down.

My L3800 would not start so after checking safety switches found that neutral safety switch had come apart. Pushed back together and started but when depressing HST pedal it died. Replaced switch and still dies. runs great until I move the HST pedal.
