Those are the feet. The laminated rubber pads are NOT on it. I never said nor implied they were included.

It is only missing the seat. The feet are on it, the pump is on the tractor and the Spool valve is on it. You can’t see it bc of the way it’s laying. It is not a homemade assembly and it has all the brackets that are needed. The majority are still on the tractor
