Yes I have checked both the vent located in the valve cover and the vent tube. There are no stoppages.

I’m not getting much help from Kubota and the parts diagram shows another seal but that could be the one that sits inside the shaft for the transmission rod.

Anyone know how to remove the power take off pulley from the crankshaft on a Kubota B7100? There is no way of putting a puller on this thing without damaging the aluminum cover. Does this thing split in half somehow?

Thanks for the quick reply. after hand cranking engine over a few times to 1 TC I noticed all the valves were closed and in line. Rocking flywheel back and forth a few degrees had no effect so that’s where I adjust all the valves?
