    meter says battery full charge moved PTO lever and bounced in seat while turning key. Tractor had been at new DAV building for a week and worked great. Only after unloading it at home did it have a problem.

    Let me start over. Backed tractor off trailer. Stopped engine. Came back to start and nothing. Put meter on battery and full charge. Checked PTO and bounced in seat and still nothing. Tractor had not been starting unless on level ground.
