Well, I am new with L series too and coming from B series I was surprised how much more fuel it uses. With B1402 I used between 1-1,5 liter per hour and with L3200 I am looking at cca 3-4 l per hour. Actually I am in the process of testing it so will let you know once I empty the tank.

But it would still be less weight then FEL, right?

I was thinking of cutting the notches in the weights.

Unfortunately no luck. They don`t fit together with front trailer bar. Kinda frustrating. Its ALMOST a fit. Cca half of an inch interference.

The weights are slated, so I think there might be a slim chance it will work out without removing the trailer bar. I hope engineers at Kubota thought of that :)

I don`t have FEL, however I do have front end trailer bar - so curious if it will interfere with weights. I am going to tractor on Saturday so will try the weights out.

I agree, you are right - the loader puts on much more stress on the front axle. The only difference is the length of the load. With loader it is short term major load, and with suitcase weights it is long term minor load. I am just wondering why the manual suggests to take the weights off, and...

The difference is that after you finish the work you rest loader on the ground, right? It kinda supports its own weight once you are done. Similar to the back attachments which sit on the ground when you don`t work with the tractor.

Hi, I just bought front weights for my tractor. See them attached. I think I have read someplace in the manual that they should be taken off the tractor when not being used. It is kinda tedious to keep taking them off and putting back on. Is there some particular reason why that should be done...

Hi, I have recently bought tiller from India. Brand is called Land Force. It was little over $1200. I am not sure if that particular brand is available in USA, but if any of the brands from India are available there, I would recommend. I still haven`t tried out mine, but I surely inspected it...

No hard feelings :) I get it - it sure doesn`t make sense to keep the tractor away from working to keep it looking new. That beeing said - my new problem is lack of mats- I am not very thrilled about vanishing paint. ☺. Kinda funny how they don`t put mats on L series as if it saves them who...

Still haven`t been to the tractor place since I wrote, so haven`t had a chance to check. We`ll see how long I will carry the badge, ha ;)
