Happens with every attachment pins are lubricated and all is new 140 hr machine , first 82 hrs was put on by dealership trying to solve issues

Hydraulic quick coupler never works properly, always have to get off machine with a hammer and tap to get pins to go down , any one else have this issue ?

Any one have a pic of how the three point hitch pieces are stored on left underside of m62 on optional bracket? Thanks in advance
