    Oil level inconsistant

At refill measure the capacity that you put in per the specs, and don't sweat it. Unless you have fluid leakage under the tractor... Don't fix what isn't broken.

Rear grader blade max weight recommendation?

Yep. Tail wagging the dog. Right into the ditch if not careful.

Rear grader blade max weight recommendation?

Thank you. OFFSET is key. My mistake. I thought that the OP had a much smaller tractor than an MX6. Be well. Tractor on.

Rear grader blade max weight recommendation?

My 2 cents. In my experience, back blades are good for snow clearing and spreading, not much else. If your box scraper isn't doing the leveling, maybe try a land plane. Or get more experience with the box scraper. As for the ditches, that is usually backhoe or manual labor territory. You...

    FAST B7100

It seems as 'fast as a fool' in top gear in high range with several inches of play in the steering wheel. It is controllable but dicey on narrow lanes. I lived it in my teens in the 1970s driving the B7100 to do tractor work for neighbors. To by knowledge, my B7100 was before there was...

Me as well. I agree with that ^^^ post 100%. But a ballast box is better than nothing.

    Need Advice -

Welcome to the orange crush. Nice Kubota you have there! If I were you i would gain experience with the bucket before throwing money at it. There's a good chance that with a few hours experience you'll be pulling off the bucket tamers and they'll be paper weights to you. There shouldn't be...

^^^ This ^^^ And try driving in a straight line for a few feet to relieve gear mesh on your front driveline. Steer left and right a little might help as well to unload the front driveline. Coming out of 4WD should be easier than going into 4WD. I would guess that there is a treddle pedal...

    FAST B7100

Yeah, I seem to remember my B7100 being stupid fast in top gear. Steering wasn't an issue unless in top gear throttled up, then it was amusing. Like the disney autopia cars. I miss that B7100 sometimes.

    Radio plug?

Should have been plug and play. Especially since you ordered the pigtail. "Should" have been a plug in the roof liner. Note to self, don't order the pigtail on Kubota parts if you want to have plug and play. It's a waste of money.

    4 wheel drive

#1: Make sure your Kubota L345 actually has 4 wheel drive. Many don't. #2: Follow @jimh406 's post.

New owner of an old tractor

Nice older tractor! Good score! ROPS is a late 1970s and mid 1980s deal. Deaths and lawsuits happened and ROPS became required. Folks with flatland and orchards dump them because they damage trees with low hanging branches. My first Kubota was a mid 1970's B7100 and it did not have a ROPS...

OK..... Who the heck is responsible for this 3D printer craze??????

How are you writing the STL files? A CAD program? Scanner of some kind from 3d objects? Or are you sourcing the files online? I 'almost' bought a 3d printer(s) years ago but I want to write and or create my own files.
