    Loader pins not fully engaging?

When in the locked position the spring should be compressed like it is in the image.

    Hydraulic functions problems

It appears this is normal operation looking at the clearer schematic provided by @MyAxleBroke. If you look below at the drawn over copy you will see that when the swing spool is shifted it does not fully block the center passage like the other spools do, it only restricts the flow. This will...

    Diagnostic tool K-OBD ACE

Takeuchi uses Diagmaster, it is just licensed to their dealers and to engines produced for them. Your best bet is to load it on a trailer and take it to your local dealer.

Svl95-2s injection pump gear teeth angled wrong way.

Also get the stamped sn off the LF side of the block where @whitetiger indicated to get the correct engine sn. That is as long as no one has messed around and swapped things.

Svl95-2s injection pump gear teeth angled wrong way.

This is the configuration I have in my V3800 manual, But I suspect is may be a newer variant. You are best served by contacting your Kubota industrial dealer to verify what should be in that engine.

    Differential lock broken pins?

Do the pins of the dog clutch slide in and put of their respective holes without binding? IF so you probably don't need to dress the pins but you could clean them up with a strip of emery paper. You should be able to slip that around each individua pin and clean them up. I am pretty certain...

    Differential lock broken pins?

I would honestly not change the due to color, but only of the pins are bent or damaged beyond repair. . If the dog clutch engages smoothly I would leave it be. if it does not engage smoothly I would clean up the pins so that it does and put it back together. Going forward only engage the diff...

    M7060 full delete

So what you gutted is the DOC which is a pass through element. IT is straight through and not a filter so it does not plug unless you have excess particulate matter causing it to face plug.

Svl95-2s injection pump gear teeth angled wrong way.

Looking at my WSM's for the T4 CR V3800 the supply pump arrangement is very different.

    Hydraulic functions problems

Can you get a clearer image of the detail of the valve section in the schematic? The spools are a bit blurry and they are hard to make out. I almost forgot is you machine set up for JD/Backhoe controls or Cat/ISO? If ISO were the boom and arm valve sections swapped?

Electronic torque wrenches ... are they worth the cost?

Tekton is fine as well as most name brand tools. CDI is also a great option as they actually build the torque wrenches for many big name brands.

Electronic torque wrenches ... are they worth the cost?

If you're asking the question, it's probably not worth it. Electronic torque wrenches are not really any more accurate than an old clicker style. They just have more features. The most used is that you can do angle measurements with them, which you can do with a an older manual style too.

LA210 boom arm weld in bushing/boss

If you have an oxy acetylene cutting torch you could cut a couple kerfs the length of the pin/bushing. That would shrink it similar to what lancing a pin does. If talented enough with a torch you could even cut through the pin to the bushing without harming it. I made new bushings for mine and...

    Dipper snapped

"Mild steel" is a very broad term and I referred to structural steels. The main steel the excavators I work with are fabricated with grades of steel comparable to A656 steels. Generally in 70k psi tensile range, so nothing extreme. The thumb mount in @Tarmy's pic adds a lot of stiffening to the...

How to know when your fuel storage containers have water in them.

I probably first saw this when I was about 8-10 yrs old. It has stuck in my mind ever since.

    Dipper snapped

My guess is that the end of this weld created a stress riser that was the origination of the crack as @Yooper mentioned. It looks like they started their beat out past the reinforcement plate instead of ending there like they should have. Best practice would have been to end the bead extended...

Need help finding a hydraulic cylinder wiper

Yes they are probably one the larger names in the hydraulic sealing component business. I use them and Allegheny York for the most part when sourcing aftermarket seals. I am not sure who is the best to source from in Ontario but I can ask my colleague that lives in Ontario if he has a...

    L4310 HST Won't Start

There are only two safety switches for the start sequence. That is the clutch switch and the PTO switch. The PTO is disengaged correct? You are depressing the clutch fully correct? It has to be as far as it will go for it to start. Other than that it s the same stuff, ign. switch, relay...
