    Sounds like you got a solution but here is my $.02. I would go Sealmaster and one that purges grease when it is full (so you dont over grease). NP16TC perhaps? Grease it often to purge contaminants.

    Dragged the concrete pad with the box blade to prep for building the ice rink.

    The other day I turned a 70’x80’ brush choked part of the yard into a dirt patch using the box blade with teeth. Kids pulled a big old hay rake behind the quad to filter out the sod chunks. Amazing how much work these things can do in a short time.

    Leveled some rock in the driveway, had the boys clean the coop and I hauled the manure away with the bucket.
