It's an option to have rear mouted blades. I find by going backwards you can polish the finish coat off better.

I'd prefer powered but use pelletized for the reason above. A friend built a nice drop spreader that he uses behind his B2650 that applies a nice, even coating.

I run mine 16-1800rpm for loader work. Mowing, tilling and blower is unusually full throttle. Less regens if you keep the rpms over 2000rpm.

Used the land plane to give the driveway a touch up and then put the spreader on to broadcast pelletized lime.

Big difference in pto hp, 27.7% more. I had a LX2610 and found it underpowered with a 60" mid mount mower in long grass. The LX3310 will run my 84" rear finish mower in the same conditions with ease. Even loader work the 3310 has more power pushing into a pile of dirt or gravel.

I've had my 3310 for two years and the dpf and regen haven't been an issue. I just keep working and after roughly 10 minutes it's finished. Doing work under 2000 rpms I can get 15-20 hours between regens. In the summer I mow 12 acres 1-2 times a week and can easily double or triple the regen...

Finished up with the pulverizer. I have two piles of grass/soil to move. I'll drag the chain harrows over it this week and hopefully get some grass seed on it if what it warms up.

Probably spuds whenever it warms up.

We're under a complete burn ban here. The field beside us was tilled today and there was minimal moisture when the harrows went through so i expect I'llbe looking at my brush piie until the fall.

That's a impressive pile. How long did it take to go through all of that?

The pulverizer is working as expected. There is quite a bit of dead material and I raise and lower it as needed. Using the grapple to move the debris to a pile although I think manure forks or a rock bucket would be better options.

Picked up a Landpride 60" soil pulverizer from a customer tonight. We're trading some work and I'm going to use it to level our adjoining lot. The grass died off over the winter and there are a lot of ruts so I'm hoping this will do the trick.

I don't recall exactly what variety mine are. There is an issue here as well with the blues, a fungus maybe. Apparently you can spray for it.

Average growth would be 12-18" per year. I'd love to have two rows of them all the way around the property but that isn't in the budget. My goal is to get at least a 100 trees planted a year for the next five years.

Blue spruce. We planted them last year and the garden center suggested wrapping them for the first couple winters until the roots get established.

There was a plow furrow left between our two lots. I started leveling it last year but ran out of fill. My fence line cleanup gave me the fill and I started moving it today.

@mcmxi found a rock today. The tractor and grapple handled it with ease😆 Cut some more saplings and dead limbs. Ended up with a decent pile.

I had two sets installed primarily for my former rear mounted blower for the chute and deflector. Now I use them for the rear blade and hydraulic top link. Expensive up front but worthwhile in the long run.

I did find a couple of rocks during my digging😆
