Thanks for your reply! I may do that until I can do the permanent fix. It has about 250 hours on it. Not sure how it happend, but I think it was bent and the shaft wore through. It has also been a rust point.

Not sure, I bought it used and somehow missed it. I think they may have hit a rock, bent the tube and it has worn through. I dont think the shaft is bent though.

Hi Everyone, my first post as a member! I recently bought a used l2501 and during an oil change, noticed that the front drive shaft tube was bent and damaged (ripped open on a small section). How much of a concern is this? If its a simple fix, I would just assume get it replaced. Not sure if...
