There are several bolts that have plastic caps on them that remove it. just pull the plastic caps and remove the bolts. The headliner stays in place. My wife and i got on ladders on both sides and lifted it off. In my case I did not replace the seal because it looked like new.

I just used some batt insulation we had left over from a project and a little 3m spray adhesive. The roof will hold it in place.

The three things I did to my 6000 that made mine very comfortable in this Texas heat is full window tint, I pulled the roof and insulated under it and I put heat/sound insulation on all the metal under the seat down to the floor.

Glad it was an easy fix. Now get out there and put that thing to work!

What mcmxi said. I have had my steering wheel tilted both up and down and the loader control lever has never been close to it. I also have the Kubota factory 3rd function control.

I run my MX6000 at 2000 to 2200 rpm while using my LP 2072 rotary cutter. It cuts just as well as running 2700 rpm and I am not listening to the engine scream. Couldn't tell you if it saves any fuel or not. Mine seems to regen about every 40 hours and has since new.

I will be following this. I would like to do the same with my MX6000 with cab. Right now I have a canvas tool bag behind the seat and a Crown Royal bag with bushings and pins in it and a pair of gloves in the little plastic box next to the seat.

Just use a crescent wrench on mine and seems to work fine so far.

I just treated my new 20' car hauler with old oil change oil, came out great and cost nothing. This is what I have been using for years. Works great. I apply it with a foam roller.

Another good place is Rozell Sprayers in Tyler. Have one of theirs for the RTV and it works great.

I agree with this statement. I have a Ferris 800 ISX with the EFi Kawasaki engine and love it. The 4 wheel independent suspension rides great and they have a great warranty.
