Replaced PTO cable because old cable was kinked. Now the PTO will not disengage. Not sure if bolts are situated correctly. The top end of cable is attached to movable rod by pto lever. Is the other end of the cable attached to a similar MOVABLE rod? Nothing moves where the cable connects...
